The Company's Board of Directors holds several board meetings every year, with a minimum of six meetings per annum. All shareholders are personally invited to attend the Ordinary General Assembly Meeting, and this invitation includes the meeting schedule. The date of the general assembly is publicly announced in official newspapers at least two weeks prior to the meeting date.
